These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ICE Luxury Weddings & Events' ("ICE," "we," "us") website, inquiry forms, and ICE CRM — the internal system our team uses to manage client and lead information. By submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
ICE provides destination wedding and event planning services. Our website and inquiry forms — including Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, Calendly bookings, and direct contact — let prospective clients reach us and start a conversation about their event. ICE CRM is an internal tool used only by our team; it is not a public product and prospective or current clients do not get direct accounts on it.
ICE CRM team members sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for anything done under your session. Let us know right away at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you submit an inquiry — through our website, a Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads form, Calendly, or directly — you're asking us to contact you about our services. Submitting an inquiry doesn't create a booking or any obligation on either side; that only happens through a separate, explicit agreement between you and ICE.
Information you submit to us through an inquiry, a Lead Ads form, or a booking becomes part of our business records and is owned by ICE for the purpose of managing our relationship with you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
You agree not to use our website, forms, or CRM to submit false information, attempt to access data that isn't yours, interfere with the normal operation of our systems, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
Our services rely on third-party providers — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Calendly, Zoom, Anthropic, and Resend — to operate. Your use of those platforms (for example, submitting a Facebook Lead Ads form) is also subject to their own terms, which we don't control.
Our website and forms are provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep them accurate and available, we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision — please check back periodically.
