Data Deletion Instructions

If you've contacted us — including by submitting a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads form, booking a call, or messaging us directly — you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@ice-luxury.com with the subject line "Data deletion request," from the same email address (or including the same name/phone number) you used when contacting us.
2. We'll confirm we've received your request within a few business days.
3. We'll delete your information from our systems — including ICE CRM and any connected tools — within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records by law.
4. We'll send you a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

Managing your Facebook or Instagram data directly

Separately from any request to us, you can review or remove what Meta itself has shared with apps like ours, and manage ad-related data, directly through Meta's Ad Preferences and your Facebook or Instagram account's Off-Facebook Activity settings.
